Identification information
You are required to have on and one out of the following:
- Resident Card
- Special permanent resident certificate
- Alien registration certificate
- Certificate of Registered Matters on Alien Registration

※If you live in a housing complex, you will need to specify your room or apt number in the identity verification documents
※If your Registration Card has expired, or been revoked, it cannot be used as a identity verification document.
Uploading images
Take a digital photo of your identity verification document or scan it and save into your PC.
- Make sure to upload a document that is clear and legible (we suggest macro photography mode for clarity).
- Make sure that the image you will upload displays the complete identity verification document.
- You can upload up to 2 images.
- File format: JPEG
- Recommended file size: 500KB per photo
Reminder if using Resident Card
- Make sure that your name, address and birth date is correctly entered.
- Verify that your Resident Card is current.
- If there are any notes on the back of your Resident Card, make sure to upload it and send it to us as well.
Reminder if using Special permanent resident certificate
- Make sure that your name, address and birth date is correctly entered.

- Make sure that your name, address and birth date is correctly entered.

- - select identity verification document.
■ Identity verification document upload screen 2- - Click on choose file button, select identity verification document saved in PC and click add button
■ Identity verification document upload screen 3- - if the file name and thumbnail image is displayed, the process is complete.
